LIMITED WARRANTY

 

DELTA FORCE POWER, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Delta Force Power, LLC Solar Generators & Power Stations will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal conditions during the applicable warranty period, identified below, subject to the exclusions set forth  below. This warranty statement sets forth DELTA FORCE POWER'S total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sales of our products.

 

 

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for all DELTA FORCE POWER, LLC Solar Generators & Power Stations and components is Six Months The warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. Registration is not required. 

 

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

Any shipping charges that occur as a result of a warranty return or exchange are NOT covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any product damaged by accident or weather.

Damage due to misuse or abuse of the product or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Damage from failure to follow the operating and storage instructions that are provided. 

Using the product for something that it was not designed for, example - if you buy a well pump generator and your well pump is larger than the stated well pump size in that product listing, etc. 

*Be sure to check if the system will handle your power requirements before buying. 

*The solar panels are NOT covered under Delta Force Power's warranty. Instead, they are covered under their own manufacturer’s 25 year warranty.

 

REMEDY

 

DELTA FORCE POWER will replace any DELTA FORCE POWER product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material.

 

The customer must provide videos and/or photos of the system in a timely manner & answer questions to help us (Delta Force Power) diagnosis the issue. *In the even that we can not diagnosis the problem, it may be necessary for you to contact a local electrician (at your own cost) to help diagnosis the issue. This must be a licensed electrician.

 

Once the issue is diagnosis, we will replace the specific item that has failed. For example, if the charge controller stops working, we will send a replacement charge controller, etc. The original part must be returned, at the expense of the customer, before the new part will be shipped. 

 

 

  LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER

 

The warranty on DELTA FORCE POWER'S products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

 

EXCLUSIONS

 

DELTA FORCE POWER 's warranty does not apply to (i) any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in DELTA FORCE POWER’s current product literature, or (ii) any product purchased through an online auction house. DELTA FORCE POWER’s warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by the consumer at least once every 3 months for agm (sealed lead acid battery) system or every 6 months for lithium battery systems.
